Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) study a motivation level in implementing motivation of
governmental civil servants implementation of Defense Science and Technology Department
2) compare implementing motivation classified by personnel factors e.g. sex, marital status, age,
working period, educational level and rank classification and 3) find the recommendations to
improve and enhance implementing motivation of Government a Civil Servants Implementation
of Defense Science and Technology Department.
A samples group was Defense Science and Technology Departments governmental
civil servants totally 142 respondents. Tool used in data collection was a questionnaire with a
reliability of 0.91. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test
and F- test.
The findings were as follow :
Defense Science and Technology Departments governmental civil servants Governmental
civil servants had their implementing motivations at a high level (X = 3.67, S.D. = .29).
Hypothesis tests were shown that implementing motivation of Defense Science and
Technology Departments governmental civil servants different in sex, age, working period,
educational level and rank classification had their implementing motivations differently at a
statistically significantly level of .05. Except for the Defense Science and Technology Departments
governmental civil servants different in marital status, it was found that there was no significant
difference at a level of .05.
