The Perception Of Organizational Culture Affecting On Teachers Performance Motivation In The School Network Center For Educational Develoment Region 1 Under The Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study and compare the perception of organizational culture affecting on teachers performance motivation in the School Network Center for Educational Development Center Region 1 under the Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, classified by gender, age, and education level. The population comprised 171 persons from 20 schools. The sample group consisted of 118 persons. Research tool was a questionnaire with a confidential level of 0.709. Data were analyzed through percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The results of this study were as follows:
1. The samples composed of 68 Females (57.6%) and 50 males (42.4%), 102 persons (86.4%) aged more than 41 years and 16 persons (13.6%) aged less than 41 years, 100 persons (84.7%) hold Bachelor degree and 18 persons (15.3%) had higher than Bachelor degree.
2. The perception of organizational culture affecting on teachers performance motivation in the School Network Center for Educational Development Center Region 1 under the Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7 were in high level as a whole ( = 4.05). Considering each aspect also found in high level: the demand for power aspect ( = 4.13), the use of power aspect ( = 4.12), requirements for success aspect ( = 4.10), the avoidance of uncertainty aspect ( = 4.04), the individual factor ( = 4.02), friendly relations needs aspect ( = 4.01), and the equality aspect ( = 3.93), respectively.
3. Comparison the perception of organizational culture affecting on teachers performance motivation in the center considered according to gender and age, there were no significant different as aspect. Comparisons the difference of the education level were statistically significant different at .05 level, but other factors were not significant different as aspect.
