Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพและความคาดหวังในการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนในฝัน ตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครู สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาที่สังกัด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 24 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 272 คน รวมจำนวน 296 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t และการทดสอบค่า F
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน มีความคาดหวังในการดำเนินการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนในฝัน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนในฝันของโรงเรียนในฝัน โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
4. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน มีความคาดหวังในการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ของโรงเรียนในฝัน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
5. ข้าราชการครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนในฝัน ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
6. ข้าราชการครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังในการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนในฝัน ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
7. ข้าราชการครู ที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ของโรงเรียนในฝัน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
8. ข้าราชการครูที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังในการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของโรงเรียนในฝัน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purpose of this research was two-fold: to study and compare the performance and expectation of information communication technology for the Lab school project of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area Offices as perceived by the teachers officials in this service area as they were classified according to position, lengths of service and service area office.
The sample group consisted of 24 school administrators and 272 teachers at their school. The numbers of the sample group were selected by means of the stratified random sampling. The instrument used in the data collecting process was a five-level Likert Scale questionnaire with the reliability value of .97. The statistic procedures employed in the data analysis included percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The overall performance of the information communication technology in the Lab school Project was at a moderate level.
2. The overall expectation of the information communication technology in the Lab school project was at a high level.
3. The opinions between the administrators and teachers toward the performance of the information and communication technology in the Lab school project were significantly different at the level of .05.
4. The opinions between the administrators and teachers toward the expectation of the information and communication technology in the Lab school project were not significantly different.
5. The teachers officials whose lengths of service were different had no significant difference in their opinions regarding the overall performance of the information and communication technology in the Lab school Project.
6. The teacher officials whose lengths of service were different had no significant difference opinions regarding the overall expectation of the information and communication technologies in the lab school Project.
7. The teacher officials whose service area offices were different had significantly different opinions regarding the overall performance of the information and communication technologies in the Lab school Project at the level of .05.
