Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการพัฒนาแบบฝึกทักษะกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์เรื่องร้อยละ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ให้มีประสิทธิ์ภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์เรื่องร้อยละของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยแบบฝึกทักษะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนชุมชนนากอกหนองบก กลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 17 (บุ่งค้า) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ยโสธร เขต 2 จำนวน 32 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ดำเนินการโดยใช้แผนการทดลองแบบ One Group, Pretest Posttest Design เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบฝึกทักษะเรื่องร้อยละ จำนวน 12 ชุด และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์เรื่องร้อยละ ซึ่งมีค่าความยากตั้งแต่ .59-.84 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .25-.56 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วยเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. แบบฝึกทักษะกลุ่มสารการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์เรื่องร้อยละ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 76.69/79.61 2. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนร้อยละ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนด้วยแบบฝึกทักษะอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 The purposes of this research were to develop mathematics packages on percentage Prathom Suksa 5 level, aimed to meet the standardized criteria of 75/75, and to compare the pupils’ achievement before and after using the packages. The samples used in the study were 32 Prathom Suksa 5 pupils of Chumchonnakoknhongbhok School, Yasothon Education Service Area 2, gained by simple random sampling. A one group, pretest posttest desing was used for the study, the research tools were 12 mathematics packages on percentage and the achievement test constructed by the researcher. The test difficulty indices ranged from .59 -.84, the discrimination indices ranged from .25 - .56, and the reliability value was .90. The collected data were analyzed by the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings were as follows: 1. The packages were efficient since the criteria were found at 76.69/79.61. 2. It was found that the pupils’ achievement after using the packages was higher than that before using them at the .01 level.
