Abstract:
การศึกษาเรื่อง ความต้องการของประชาชนชุมชนแออัดคลองเตยในการรับบริการทางการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยชุมชนกรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความต้องการของประชาชนชุมชนแออัดคลองเตยในการรับบริการทางการศึกษา จากวิทยาลัยชุมชนกรุงเทพมหานคร 5 ด้านคือ ด้านโปรแกรมวิชา (อนุปริญญา) ด้านหลักสูตรการศึกษาอาชีพ ด้านอบรมระยะสั้น ด้านเวลาที่เรียนและด้านสถานที่เรียน จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือประชาชนที่มีอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไปที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนแออัดคลองเตย จำนวน 398 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น ด้านโปรแกรมวิชา ที่เรียนเท่ากับ 0.85 ด้านหลักสูตรการศึกษาสายอาชีพเท่ากับ 0.86 ด้านอบรมระยะสั้นเท่ากับ 0.89 ด้านเวลาที่เรียนเท่ากับ 0.79 และด้านสถานที่เรียนเท่ากับ 0.73 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที วิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยเป็น รายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สถานภาพของประชาชนที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นหญิง ร้อยละ 52.76 อายุอยู่ในช่วง 21 - 30 ปี ร้อยละ 32.16 ระดับการศึกษา ประถมศึกษาหรือต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 30.40 และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 3,001 - 6,000 บาท ร้อยละ 43.22
2. ความต้องการของประชาชนชุมชนแออัดคลองเตยในการรับบริการ ทางการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยชุมชนกรุงเทพมหานครทั้ง 5 ด้าน พบว่า ด้านโปรแกรมวิชาที่เรียน และด้านหลักสูตรการศึกษาสายอาชีพ วิชาคอมพิวเตอร์มีความต้องการเป็นอันดับแรก ด้านอบรมระยะสั้นวิชาช่างซ่อมเครื่องยนต์เล็กมีความต้องการเป็นอันดับแรก ด้านเวลาที่เรียน มีความต้องการเป็นอันดับแรกคือ เสาร์- อาทิตย์ (9.00 - 20.00 น.) และด้านสถานที่เรียนต้องการเรียนที่วิทยาลัยชุมชน (โรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพ) เป็นอันดับแรก
3. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ประชาชนชุมชนแออัดคลองเตยที่มี เพศต่างกันมีความต้องการรับบริการทางการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยชุมชนกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้านหลักสูตรการศึกษาสายอาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ประชาชนที่มีอายุและระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความต้องการด้านหลักสูตรระยะสั้นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ .001 ตามลำดับ และประชาชนที่มีรายได้ต่างกันมีความต้องการรับบริการทางการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยชุมชนกรุงเทพมหานครไม่แตกต่างกัน
The research, Needs of Khlong Toei Community Population for Educational Services Provided by Bangkok Community College, aimed to study the needs of people in Khlong Toei Community for educational services, provided by Bangkok Community College. Additionally, the research compared the needs of people in Khlong Toei Community for educational services, provided by Bangkok Community College in 5 aspects. Those aspects were the aspects of subject programs (Diploma), vocational programs, short courses, study period and study location. The 5 aspects were classified by characteristics, such as gender, age, educational level, and monthly income. The sample group consisted of 398 people who were over 15 years of age, living in Khlong Toei Community. Simple random sampling was used to select the sample. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.94 for the aspect of subject programs. The reliability of vocational programs aspect was at 0.86, while 0.89 was the reliability of short courses aspect, when 0.79 was the reliability of study period aspect and 0.73 was the reliability of study location aspect. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe matched pair comparison.
The results show that:
1. Most of the samples or 52.7% were female, aged between 21-30 years old at 32.16%. Out of all, 30.4% of those people had been educated at primary level or lower, and 43.22% made Baht 3,001-6,000 per month.
2. Of 5 aspects, the needs of people in Khlong Toei Community for educational services, provided by Bangkok Community College were that in the aspects of subject programs (Diploma), and vocational programs, particularly computer were at the highest level of requirement. In the aspect of short courses, technician (for small engine) subject in particular was most needed. On the aspect of study period, Saturday-Sunday (9.00-20.00) was most asked for. The community college was the place where the people asked for the most to be their study location.
3. The hypothesis testing showed that people in Khlong Toei Community
with different gender had different needs for educational services, provided by Bangkok Community College on the aspect of vocational education at statistical significance of .01. People with different age, and educational level had different needs for educational services provided by Bangkok Community College on the aspect of short courses at statistical significance of .05, and .001 respectively. People with different income had similar needs for educational services provided by Bangkok Community College.
