Abstract:
The aim of this research is to evaluate the constraints of drug prevention and suppression policy implementation of Romklao and Phrakhanong police stations. The study focuses on the relative factors among the personnel qualification of police officers in those police stations case study the nature of host police stations and the constraints of drug policy implementation. Furthermore, the factors related to the problems and theirs scales are concerned. The interested factors of personnel background are gender, age, educational background, position status, salary, working duration and the host police station. The total of samples were 140 police officers.Accidental Sampling by questionnaire method was used for the study methodology.The findings of this research are as following:1. The polices sampled from Romklao and Phrakhanong police stations assess the problem of the implementation of drug prevention and suppression from medium to high levels.2. The results of the statistical relationship between the personnel qualification and the problem of the implementation of drug prevention and suppression under Romklao and Phrakhanong police stations are found as following;2.1 Two hypothetical independent variables, these are the level of position and the host police station, illustrate the response of correspondence at the statistical significance at 0.01 and 0.05.2.2 The statistical insignificance at 0.05 are presented over the remainder hypothetical independent variables. Those are gender, age, educational background, salary level and the working duration.
