Abstract:
The purpose of the research were to (1) Study the relationship with personal characteristic and job satisfaction (2) Stydy the relationship with motivation factors, hygiene factors and job satisfaction (3) Study affecting factors of job satisfaction in the Government Official in Nopparatrajathanee Hospital. The population are the Government Official in Nopparatrajathanee Hospital and sampling random from 255 of the Government Officials who answer the questionnaire which use the tool of research. The data are analyzed to find frequency, percentage, arithmetic means, standard diviation, F-test and regression analysis.The result of the study show that among personal characteristic, education , years of experience and job position have statistical signification relationship with job satisfaction at the level of .05Major finding of hypothesis's testing regarding to the relationship among motivation factors , hygiene factors ofjob satisfaction are the follows. Among motivation factors ,achievement , work itself and responsibility have positive signification relationship with job satisfaction. Among hygiene factors ,interpersonal relationship in a workplace have negative signification relationship with job satisfaction. Affecting factors of job Satisfaction in the Government Official in Nopparatrajathanee Hospital are motivation factors and hygiene factors.
