Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อที่จะศึกษาถึงการใช้บริการและความพึงพอใจที่ได้รับจากการใช้บริการเงินกู้และสวัสดิการประเภทต่าง ๆ ที่สหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์กรมการปกครอง จำกัด จัดให้มีขึ้นเพื่อบริการแก่สมาชิก โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (survey research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ข้าราชการกรมการปกครองสังกัดส่วนกลางที่เป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์กรมการปกครอง จำกัด จำนวน 200 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Chi-square tests ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้1. สมาชิกใช้บริการเงินกู้ประเภทเงินกู้สามัญมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นเงินกู้ฉุกเฉิน และสมาชิกใช้บริการเงินกู้พิเศษน้อยที่สุด2. สมาชิกมีความพึงพอใจในบริการเงินกู้ทุกประเภทอยู่ในระดับน้อย และมีความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการของพนักงานด้านเงินกู้ทุกประเภทอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง3. สมาชิกใช้บริการสวัสดิการโครงการประกันชีวิตและอุบัติเหตุหมู่ให้แก่คู่สมรสหรือบุตรของสมาชิกมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นสวัสดิการด้านที่พัก และมีการใช้บริการสวัสดิการการจ่ายเงินบำเหน็จสมาชิกน้อยที่สุด4. สมาชิกมีความพึงพอใจในบริการสวัสดิการทุกประเภทอยู่ในระดับน้อย และมีความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการของพนักงานด้านสวัสดิการทุกประเภทอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง5. คุณสมบัติของสมาชิกในเรื่องสถานภาพการสมรสมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้บริการเงินกู้ฉุกเฉิน และเงินกู้สามัญที่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนคุณสมบัติในเรื่องเพศ อายุ ระดับการดำรงตำแหน่ง และรายได้ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้บริการเงินกู้ฉุกเฉิน เงินกู้สามัญ และเงินกู้เพื่อการศึกษา 6. คุณสมบัติของสมาชิกในเรื่องเพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการดำรงตำแหน่ง และรายได้ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในบริการเงินกู้ทุกประเภท7. คุณสมบัติของสมาชิกในเรื่องสถานภาพการสมรส และรายได้ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้บริการสวัสดิการโครงการประกันชีวิตและอุบัติเหตุหมู่ให้แก่คู่สมรสหรือบุตรแตกต่างกัน แต่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้บริการสวัสดิการด้านที่พัก ส่วนคุณสมบัติในเรื่องระดับการดำรงตำแหน่งมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้บริการสวัสดิการด้านที่พักแตกต่างกัน แต่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้บริการสวัสดิการโครงการประกันชีวิตและอุบัติเหตุหมู่ให้แก่คู่สมรสหรือบุตรของสมาชิก ส่วนคุณสมบัติในเรื่องเพศ และอายุ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้บริการสวัสดิการด้านที่พัก และโครงการประกันชีวิตและอุบัติเหตุหมู่ให้แก่คู่สมรสหรือบุตรของสมาชิก8. คุณสมบัติของสมาชิกในเรื่องเพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการดำรงตำแหน่ง และรายได้ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในบริการสวัสดิการบางประเภท

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to study about the results of kind of service and satisfactory from some kind of loan service and welfare of the Department of Local Administration Saving and Credit Cooperatives,Limited, which serve for their members only. This research method is survey research. The sample is the 200 members of the Department of Local Administration Saving and Credit Cooperatives, Limited. The questionnaires are used for data. The statistics in this research used percent, average, standard deviation, and Chi-square tests.The final results of this research are as follows:1. Ordinary Loan service is the maximum use. Emergency Loan service is the next one and the least is the Extra Loan service.2. All kind of Loan services is at the least service level, and all kind of loan officer services is at the medium level.3. Life insurance and Life accidental group insurance for their couple or children arc the maximum service, however, after retire Fund is at the least service.4. The satisfaction of all kind of welfare service is at the least level, and the kind of officer service is at the medium level.5. There is a statistical relationship bet ween the marriage status and the loan of emergency but there are no the statistical relationships between gender, age, job title and the loans of emergency and education.6. Gender, age, the marriage status, job title and income are correlated to the satisfaction of all kind of loan services.7. The marriage status and income are correlated to the welfare life insurance Project and the accidental group life insurance for their couple or children, but they do not associated statistically significant with the welfare housing service. Besides, job title is correlated to welfare housing service. In contrast, job title do not associated statistically with the welfare life insurance Project and the accidental group life insurance for their couple or children.8. Gender, ages, marriage status, job title, and income do not associated statistically with the satisfaction of some welfare services.
