Abstract: คุณภาพน้ำดื่มจากตู้น้ำดื่มหยอดเหรียญเป็นสิ่งสำคัญต่อผู้ใช้น้ำหากตู้น้ำและน้ำของตู้น้ำหยอดเหรียญไม่ปลอดภัยมีสิ่งปนเปื้อนจะส่งผลต่อสุขภาพของประชาชนผู้ใช้ได้จึงต้องมีการดูแลควบคุมให้ปลอดภัยมีมาตรฐาน ดังนั้นการศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงต้องการศึกษาคุณภาพน้ำดื่มของตู้น้ำหยอดเหรียญและการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยของประชาชนที่ใช้น้ำ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นตู้น้ำหยอดเหรียญ 54 ตู้และประชาชน 162 คน ที่ใช้น้ำจากตู้น้ำหยอดเหรียญตู้ละ 3 คน ข้อมูลสภาพตู้น้ำดื่มและการปนเปื้อนแบคทีเรียประเมินตามชุดทดสอบ อ 11 และชุดทดสอบ SI-2 ข้อมูลการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยเก็บด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างและวิเคราะห์ด้วยร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าตู้น้ำดื่มหยอดเหรียญ 10 ตู้ (18.5%) พบเชื้อโคลิฟอร์มแบคทีเรียบริเวณ หัวจ่ายน้ำ และ 14 ตู้ (25.9%) พบเชื้อโคลิฟอร์มแบคทีเรียจากน้ำดื่ม สภาพแวดล้อมของตู้น้ำหยอดเหรียญมีสภาพไม่ปลอดภัย ส่วนมาก 48 ตู้ (88.9%) เป็นสภาพที่ตั้งที่ไม่ปลอดภัย และ 44 ตู้ (81.1%) สภาพลักษณะความปลอดภัยของตู้น้ำหยอดเหรียญที่ไม่ปลอดภัยในระดับน้อย ส่วนมาก 51 ตู้ (94.4%) เป็นสภาพแหล่งน้ำและการปรับปรุงคุณภาพที่ไม่ปลอดภัยในระดับน้อยส่วนมาก 32 ตู้ (59.2%) เป็นสภาพการบำรุงรักษาและการทำความสะอาดที่ไม่ปลอดภัยในระดับมาก ทุกตู้ไม่มีการควบคุมมาตรฐานน้ำบริโภคซึ่งทุกตู้มีความแข็งแรงทนทาน การรับรู้ความปลอดภัยของประชาชนผู้ใช้น้ำ พบว่า ทุกตู้ไม่พบร่องรอยการทำความสะอาดและเปลี่ยนไส้กรองเฉลี่ย 36 ตู้ (66.7%) พบฝาปิดช่องรับน้ำชำรุดหรือเปิดรองลงมาพบคราบตะไคร่น้ำและคราบฝุ่นที่ช่องจ่ายน้ำพบคราบตะไคร่น้ำและคราบสนิมที่หัวจ่าย พบสิ่งเจือปนน้ำและพบเห็นรอยสนิมและรอยรั่วซึมบนตู้น้ำเฉลี่ย 13 ตู้ (24.1%), 4 ตู้ (7.4%), 4 ตู้ (7.4%), และเฉลี่ย 2 ตู้ (3.7%) ตามลำดับ เมื่อหาความสัมพันธ์พบว่าการพบเห็นคราบตะไคร่น้ำและคราบฝุ่นที่ช่องจ่ายน้ำกับการปนเปื้อน เชื้อโคลิฟอร์มแบคทีเรียของน้ำดื่มมีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ดังนั้นจึงควรสนับสนุนให้มีการควบคุมคุณภาพน้ำดื่มให้ได้ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน และส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการดูแลรักษาให้ตู้น้ำดื่มหยอดเหรียญอยู่ในสภาพที่สะอาดและปลอดภัยเสมอ

Abstract: Water quality from water vending machine is important to water users. If water vending machine and waters are not safe and contaminated. It will affect the health of the people consumed water. Therefore, care control the safety standard must be taken. This study sought to study the drinking water quality of water vending machines and the perceived safety of water users. The samples include 54 machines and 162 peoples who used water from each machines, 3 persons per machine. The water vending machines characteristics and bacterial contamination were evaluated by using the drinking water test kits (A11) and SI-2. Perception of safety was collected by structured interviews and analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson Correlation. Results showed that the water vending machine 10 machines (18.5%) contaminated with coliform bacteria at water dispenser and 14 machines (25.9%) contaminated with coliform bacteria from water. The environment of the water vending machine is mostly insecure 48 machines (88.9%) are location condition and insecure 44 machines (81.1%) the safety condition is low. Most of the 51 machines (94.4%) are poorly water condition and quality improvement. Most of the 32 machines (59.2%) are in poorly maintained and unsafe cleaning condition. All machines have no control over the water consumption standards and sturdy. Perception of safety of water users showed that there was no evidence of 36 cleaners and filters replacing the filters (66.7%).The water inlet cover is defective or open. Secondly, moss and dust were found in the water dispenser, found moss and rust on the tip, found water impurities. There were 13 machines (24.1%), 4 machines (7.4%), 4 machines (7.4%), and 2 machines (3.7%), respectively. Pearson Correlation showed that there was positively correlated at the 0.05 level of significance between the presence of algae, dust in the water supply and contaminated with coliform bacteria in drinking. Therefore, it should be encouraged to have a standardized drinking water quality standard, and encourage entrepreneurs to keep the water vending machine in a clean and safe condition.
