male students in one University of Chonburi province. Three hundred students were selected by
Proportional to Size Stratified Random Sampling and Simple Random Sampling. The instrument
was a questionnaire where validity and reliability tested. The data was analyzed by the
percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square and binary-logistic regression. We found that
most of them were 20 years old and over (85.3%), studied in 3rd grade (43.7%), lived in
universitys dormitory (39.0%), couple with parents status (78.0%), were given around

behavior, found smokers 36.7%, had 1-2 smoker friends 52.0%, smoker in family member 34.3%.
Among smokers, nicotine addicted (63.6%) was found. Chi square and binary logistic regression
wereused to analyzed relationship between factors (Include: experience with cigarette and
smoking, knowledge with cigarette, attitude with cigarette and smoking, cigarette access,
smoking law recognition, caution at cigarettes package recognition, smoking preventive skills,
familys support, and people or social acceptance) and smoking behavior. We found that factor
