Abstract:
This research and development was aimed at synthesizing the body of knowledge related to risk, sexual risk prevention. Develop and evaluate effectiveness of sexual risk prevention model among male adolescents. Cluster sampling 425 male adolescents were selected from junior high school students. The data were collected by using self-administered online questionnaires with reliability of the more than 0.7, focus group, in-depth interview, and evaluate effectiveness. Data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics include odds radio, stepwise multiple regression anslysis, Independent t-test, paired t-test, and content anslysis. The results revealed that sexual risks of male adolescents were permissive atrtitudes toward casual sex (OR = 2.49; 95%CI 1.11-5.56), liberal attitudes towards sexual intercourse (OR = 1.87 95%CI 1.05-3.32), drug addiction (OR = 6.41; 95%CI 4.896-8.386), and alcohol drinking (OR = 7.71; 95%CI 6.919-8.304). Responsibility, knowledge of sexual prevention, attitude of risk sexual, decision making skill, monthly expense, GPA can predict sexual risk prevention in heterosexual male adolescents. Predictors could predict sexual risk prevention in heterosexual male adolescents on 31.9% The sexual risk prevention model among male adolescent of short films on online media to develop knowledge of sexual prevention, attitude of risk sexual, decision making skill. Responsibility, and restrain. The effectiveness of model reflected by change in knowledge of sexual prevention was after the model, data statistically significant at p-vale <0.001. Thus, short film through online media should be used to prevent sexual risk practices of male adolescents incorporation with other solution to promote appropriate knowledge of sexual prevention, attitude of risk sexual, decision making skill, responsibility, and restraint of male adolescents.
