Abstract:
The research on Service of Financial and Accounting Operation of Political Science and Law, Burapha University. aims to survey the opinions of users regarding to quality of financial and accounting operations service and examine the behavior of users including a type of service, frequency, date, and period of requesting to get service. the questionnaire was used to collect data from 64 participants. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The result showed that the frequencies of getting service was less than 2 days per week. The mostly get service of participants was reimbursement service. Majority of participants prefer to get service during 1 PM to 4 PM on Friday. The overall opinions of users regarding to quality of the financial and accounting operations service in Faculty of Political Science and Law Burapha University was high level of suitability. To consider in each aspect found that the highest score average was a confidence to get service from the financial and accounting service of Faculty of Political Science and Law, Burapha university, followed by a reliability, attentiveness, substantiality and responsiveness, respectively.
