Abstract:
The objectives of research was to (1) The study of strategic leadership of school administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1, and (2) Compare strategic leadership of school administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1, classified by work experience and sizes of schools. The sample were school administrators and teachers 294 people.The research tool was a 5-level scales questionnaire with a confidence value of .922. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA (F-test) and Fishers least significant difference (LSD). The results of the study revealed as follows: (1) In overall and each aspect, strategic leadership of school administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1 was in highest level,arranging in descending order; anticipating creating a future, revolutionary thinking, gathering multiple inputs to formulate strategy, high-level cognitive activity, and creating a vision. (2) Comparing strategic leadership of school administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1 work experience and sizes of schools, was found that administrators and teachers had statistically different opinion towards strategic leadership figure at .01.
